Processing of Rubber cot and Maintenance Attention
1. At first clean the bearing surface during casing to get rid of rust surplus rubber and dirt etc.Smear surface of bearing with lubricating oil to improve the lubricity when casing.
2. Its better to use the vertical casing machine to case rubber cot.Fix the rubber cot on the special casing head,then put rubber cot into the bearing from top to bottom.Concentricity among rubber cot,bearing housing,compression shaft of casing maching and rubber cot must be ensured to be concentric,forces must be even and casing is finished in one time.
3. If one layer cot is to be used,rubber cots of one layer must be cut off in one time and pulling off by hand is forbidden.Using the one layer cot,the stresss inside cot will cause hardness increase due to a casing differentce(cotton spinning 1-3 mm,wool 3-4 mm),which will not only affects quality of yarn but also shortens lifetime.So Al-liner or 2-layer cot are recommended.

5. Grinding is the most important key for rubber cot making.The grinding machine must be stable,without vibration,feed must be small,grinding wheel must be sharp without rubber contaminated.After coarse grinding,rubber cot must stop working not less than one day then processing fine grinding is permited.
6. Its better for soft elasticity rubber cot to use the best pressure 10-12Kg/2 spindles.When rubber cots of no surface treatment is in operation and under some special conditions such as an excessive moisture,high proportion of chem.ical fiber and so on,if a flexing happens,it is allowed to coat it by the bursh once with 2-set coating of a ratio of 1:8-10 or illuminate with ultraviolet ray.
7. When machine stop working,pressure for rubber cot cant be exceed 6 hours.If over 6 hours,release pressure is needed,otherwise the surface of rubber cot will have pressed trace.And whenever please bear in mind that rubber cot cant be piled up and extruded.
8. Ordinary Rubber cot must be have coating treatment,which have two ways of brush and board.Its better to use brush recommendation.Surface of rubber cot should be cleaned completely and kept on dry before coating.It cant be operated until heat up(35-45) for half an hour,this way can increase the osmosis of dope.
9. Rubber cot should be put aside under the condition of humidity and temperature of workshop before operating.If a flexing happens during operating,do not cut it by a knife to avoid cot scoring and otherwise yarn end breakage rate will increase and rubber cot will bescrapped in advance.
10. Cheek the movement conditions of traverse device to ensure it runs flexibly and freely.Traverse movement is between 8-10mm.
